Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Every Fram'in piece is made specially for you.
Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong product selection by the customer
• Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer
• Spelling mistakes, names, dates, or details provided by the customer
• Minor variations in color, brightness, or design placement
Since each piece is custom-made, it cannot be resold once produced.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Our Promise
We stand behind every order that leaves our workshop.
If the mistake is ours, we'll fix it.
If the product is damaged in transit, we'll replace it.
If you simply changed your mind after production has started, we won't be able to offer a refund as the item was created specifically for you.
