At Fram'in, every frame is made to order and carefully prepared before it leaves our workshop.

Processing Time

Since our products are handcrafted and customized, orders typically require 2–5 business days for production and quality checks before dispatch.

Processing times may increase during sales, festive seasons, or periods of high demand.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

You can use this link to track your shipment and receive real-time delivery updates.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas, North-East & Jammu & Kashmir: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

We appreciate your patience if such situations arise.


Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Please ensure:

  • Full delivery address

  • Correct pincode

  • Active mobile number

Many courier partners require OTP verification before delivery.

Fram'in will not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The recipient is unavailable

  • The address is incorrect

  • The phone number is unreachable

  • Delivery OTP cannot be verified

the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement where applicable.
