As our products are handcrafted and customized, slight variations in color, brightness, texture, dimensions, positioning, or appearance may occur and should not be considered defects.

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Minor variations resulting from handcrafted production or customer-provided content shall not qualify for refunds or replacements.
